Property Operations Manager Job Opportunity

This role presents a diverse and challenging work environment for an experienced Property Operations Manager to leverage their skills in facilities management, strategic procurement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize property operations, improve compliance, and enhance safety standards.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers to achieve cost savings and improved performance.
  • Lead a team of direct reports to promote collaboration, motivate high performance, and drive business outcomes.
Required Profile:
  • Strong expertise in property operations, commercial leasing processes, and facilities management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Proven project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Skilled in supplier engagement, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation to ensure business continuity and growth.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and minimize risks.
