This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional support to our national Banking & Financial Services practice.
About the RoleThe Senior Legal Specialist will work as part of a collaborative team to design and deliver training sessions, facilitate technical solutions, and maintain precedents. They will also champion style guide compliance, develop workflows, and conduct file audits.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of post-admission experience and excellent document drafting skills. They will be able to project manage, prioritize tasks autonomously, and work effectively cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver training sessions on financial services reforms, compliance, and risk management;
- Facilitate development and execution of technical solutions and document process improvements;
- Maintain precedents and provide regular updates to the Banking & Finance practice group;
- Work cross-functionally to develop workflows and precedent suites for automation platforms;
- Conduct file audits in conjunction with the Risk team;
- Write key matter summaries for business development;
