Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Meat Assistant Manager at our Lowood store in West Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the meat industry and wants to take on a leadership role. As a Meat Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the management of a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, and completing stock takes.

  • Possess an Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential)
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Ability to order and control costs
  • An understanding of gross profit calculations
  • Passion and enthusiasm, with a very 'hands on' approach
