Construction Manager Opportunity
The Construction Manager is a challenging position responsible for overseeing the construction of allocated projects from start to completion. Key focus areas include customer service, quality product delivery, timely progress, and ensuring site readiness, safety, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage allocated construction projects from start to completion
- Coordinate regular communication with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality construction delivery in line with contract terms and legislative requirements
- Monitor and report site incidents, delays, and complete safety audits
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management
- 5 years' experience within the Residential Project Home Industry
- Strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers
- Considerable knowledge of building methods, practices, tools, materials, and work standards related to residential homes
