About the RoleThis position plays a critical role in delivering quality homes that exceed customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:
- Allocating resources to job sites to ensure timely construction of homes
- Ensuring homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and approved designs
- Inspecting completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship
- Coordinating construction to meet deadlines
- Ensuring construction is carried out safely and in accordance with company processes and systems

About YouYou will share a passion for building excellence and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- A qualification in Building or Construction Management
- 5 years' experience within the Residential Project Home Industry
- A strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers to complete homes efficiently
- Considerable knowledge of basic methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards related to the building of residential homes
