We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of high-end residential projects across South Australia.

This rare position blends technical expertise, project management, and team leadership, and your strong track record in managing new builds and renovations will see you succeed.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our construction team, overseeing multiple high-value residential projects end to end, and ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and client satisfaction at all times.

You will provide support with project estimation and feasibility reviews, conduct site inspections and assess design proposals, and ensure all building sites positively reflect our commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential construction management, ideally with a track record in custom or higher-value projects, and demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end projects involving a wide range of technical expertise.

They will also have proven business acumen and the ability to develop and monitor budgets and financial targets, as well as high level competency with MS Applications, Project Management software, CRM, etc.

A comprehensive knowledge of South Australian building codes, legislation, and quality standards is essential, along with strong leadership and mentoring skills, and highly effective communication, influence, and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will be a client-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding results, and will thrive in a collaborative team environment where decisions are made locally and quickly.
