**Job Title:** Payroll Operations Manager

As a Payroll Operations Manager, you will oversee the accurate processing of payroll transactions in line with company policies and compliance regulations. You will conduct testing and troubleshooting of payroll systems to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will prepare and manage payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with the finance team to ensure alignment between payroll and accounting functions.

You will respond to payroll-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions, maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity.

Key responsibilities include assisting in identifying and implementing process improvements within the payroll function, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in payroll operations, ideally within large enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise agreements and their application in payroll
  • Exposure to system transitions or payroll project work highly regarded
  • Comfortable working in a large team environment with strong communication and collaboration skills
