Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and distribution of promotional materials at events.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Campaign Managers to develop marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Act as a front-line representative between consumers and our corporate clientele.
  • Train and mentor promotional staff for assigned campaigns.
  • Manage event promotions and marketing strategies alongside management.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, consistently maintaining a positive image.
  • Drive sales through interactive and engaging retail promotional campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near the Cleveland, OH area and able to travel to the office for daily training.
  • Communication: Strong English-speaking and communication skills are a must.
  • Availability: Full-time availability only. (Limited summer positions available for students.)
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation is required.
