Insurance Business Developer

This is a challenging and rewarding role as an Insurance Business Developer at Aon. Your main objective will be to develop and execute market-leading growth plans, focusing on expanding the portfolio and driving national growth strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a growth pipeline and identifying strategic opportunities for cross-selling products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Engaging with potential clients through various methods such as networking, referrals, proactive marketing, presentations, and cold-calling.
- Identifying solutions to reduce clients' risk exposure through targeted intervention strategies.
- Collaborating with the Aon colleague network to identify new prospect opportunities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role with a strong technical understanding of the Life Insurance and Employee Benefits landscape.
- Basic knowledge of Health and Wellbeing would be an advantage.
- A high degree of resilience and an outcome-focused approach.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proven experience presenting and influencing a broad audience.
- A keen entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated success in leading growth strategies.
- A strong network across Human Resources.
