Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cyber solutions broking business, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our client base.

Your primary objective will be to take to market a portfolio of global corporate/professional services clients and support senior brokers on more complex placements. You will provide a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management, gathering client information to facilitate renewal negotiations.

You will attend client meetings to maintain and build relationships, articulate Aon's go-to-market strategy, present renewal terms, and seize cross-selling opportunities. Additionally, you will maintain and update insurance market updates for financial lines policies and provide market insights and placement strategies to clients and colleagues.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a broking or insurance-related type of experience. You must demonstrate strong problem-solving, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team and cultivate relationships.
