About this opportunity:

This is an exciting role for a senior fundraising professional to lead our agency's fundraising strategy, driving long-term growth and sustainability for our clients.

As a strategic leader, you will define and implement best-practice fundraising strategies that empower our teams and clients to make a lasting impact. Your expertise in various fundraising channels and methods, including digital fundraising, major gifts, planned giving, and community engagement, will be invaluable in shaping our approach.

You will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, developing talent, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Your strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to think strategically and creatively will be essential in driving results and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic discovery and insight development across complex fundraising and digital accounts.

  • Serving as the key point of contact for assigned high-value clients, building strong relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and strategic alignment.
  • Managing squad performance, workload, and resource planning to ensure efficient service delivery and profitable project outcomes.
