Escape Room Experience Leader

Immerse yourself in our escape room experience as a charismatic Game Ambassador.
As the heart of our immersive adventure, you'll welcome teams, set the scene, monitor their progress, offer insightful hints when needed, and celebrate their success at the end.
**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**
- Greeting players and delivering engaging game briefings with creativity and flair
- Monitoring live games via cameras and providing timely guidance to help teams overcome challenges
- Resetting and preparing rooms for the next team with attention to detail
- Maintaining props, puzzles, and overall cleanliness to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Taking team photos and providing exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression
**We're Looking for Someone Who Is:**
- Confident and energetic with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, and meticulous in their work
- A fast learner who can think creatively on their feet
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
We don't require prior experience, just a passion for storytelling, puzzles, and delivering outstanding customer service.
**Work Arrangements:**
- Casual position available with a flexible schedule
- No less than 3 hours per week commitment
- Day shift, morning shift, and on-call availability required to meet our guests' needs
