Chief Escape Experience Officer

As the Escape Room Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of escape rooms, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of gamemasters.
- Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance and support to staff members.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience as an escape room game master.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular reviews of facilities to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with owners to maintain rooms and props in proper order.
- Monitor and manage bookings and large events, including collecting deposits and payment.
- Maintain inventory of merchandise and track sales.
- Provide ongoing training for staff on escape room scenarios, customer service best practices, and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety drills and inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer feedback, incident reports, and operational metrics.
- Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
