The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to every player
  • Running games for customers including all aspects involved: rules briefings, game monitoring, debriefing, and resetting rooms
  • Replenishing supplies as needed and notifying owners when needs arise
  • Administrative tasks including maintaining cleanliness, answering phones professionally, assisting customers with bookings, and any other needs

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for creating fun and engaging experiences for our players.
