Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring a positive experience for every player.

This role involves working on weekends and school holidays, with shifts available to suit. As a Gamemaster, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Running escape room games, including rules briefings, game monitoring, debriefing, and resetting rooms
  • Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, answering phones professionally, and assisting customers with bookings

This is a casual role offering flexibility and variety. To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
