We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This role will involve provisioning tailored banking solutions for commercial and property finance investors operating in the metropolitan area.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the sourcing and management of transactions, developing lending structures, and conducting thorough due diligence;
- Managing approval processes and documentation, and fostering stakeholder relationships;
- Leading, coaching, and providing development opportunities for junior team members to achieve current and future objectives;
- Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to implement sales, service, operational, process, and credit quality initiatives;
- Representing Suncorp Bank in the market, networking with key stakeholders.
In order to succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Extensive experience in commercial banking or real estate finance;
- Strong direct experience leading real estate finance relationships and transactions;
- Strong risk management, relationship management, financial analysis skills to deliver bespoke solutions for our important client relationships;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences and navigating internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong organisational skills, thriving in high-pressure environments with a customer-centric focus;
- Ability to drive business strategies, foster team growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences;
- Established networks to provide new to bank opportunities and support business growth;
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or property economics will be highly regarded.
The estimated salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary package, comprehensive training and development programs, and opportunities for career advancement.
