About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Churches of Christ in Queensland. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a 25-bed service in St George.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and physical and emotional support to residents with high and low care needs.
  • Participate in the development and review of resident care plans and report changes to the Registered Nurse.
  • Maintain the personal dignity and privacy of all residents.
  • Support a comfortable, safe, and secure environment.
  • Complete tasks as delegated by the Registered Nurse.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Certificate III in Aged Care.
  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights.
  • Current National Police and NDIS Check or the ability to obtain.
