We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Spinal Life Australia. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily living activities, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with transfers, personal care, and domestic support.
  • Provide community access, such as driving to appointments and social activities.
  • Work collaboratively with our Registered Nurses and Key Support Workers to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
  • A smartphone device.
  • A current NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card) and/or a Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
  • Flexibility to work a fixed fortnightly roster with varying shift times.
