Job Title

A Construction Lawyer is sought for a full-time role located in the Greater Sydney Area.

About the Role

This position involves advising clients on construction law matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal opinions, and managing disputes. The lawyer will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, working on compliance and risk management issues, and collaborating closely with other team members to achieve client objectives.

Requirements
  • Expertise in Construction Law, Contract Law, and Dispute Resolution
  • Strong skills in drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing legal opinions
  • Experience in relationship management and practical legal guidance
  • Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and sector-specific regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Admission as a Solicitor in NSW and relevant post-admission experience
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
