Senior Associate Construction Lawyer Position

This is a full-time position for an experienced senior associate construction lawyer based in the Greater Sydney Area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on complex construction law matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, providing expert legal opinions, and managing disputes.
- Expertise in construction law, contract law, and dispute resolution is essential.
- Strong skills in drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing legal advice are required.
- Experience in client relationship management and practical legal guidance is highly valued.
- Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and sector-specific regulations is necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is required.
- Admission as a solicitor in NSW and relevant post-admission experience are mandatory.
- Experience in the construction industry is desirable.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction law, contract law, and dispute resolution principles.
They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a team player who can collaborate with other lawyers and support staff to achieve client objectives.
They will also have a strong commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with changes in construction law and regulatory requirements.
