About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. As a key member of our Enterprise Testing and Integrated Environments Release Service, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our customer offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership on Quality Engineering tools, techniques, and processes.
  • Support business stakeholders and end users in the planning, preparation, and execution of User Acceptance Testing.
  • Deliver testing outcomes, including test requirements and test cases, as well as writing test strategy and test planning artifacts.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand scope and determine appropriate test approach.
  • Identify environment and data requirements for testing activities.
  • Develop and maintain test automation skills to effectively apply automation in delivery.
  • Drive an Automation-led approach and contribute to platform integration tests.
  • Apply knowledge of CI/CD frameworks to validate and confirm traceability.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Tester or Senior Quality Engineer with technical leadership.
  • Test automation skills using different frameworks and tools, including commercial and open-source options.
  • Hands-on experience in NPP and PayTo testing.
  • Demonstrable experience in API testing and Cloud testing.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and BDD/TDD and test management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
