About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and services, and will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality assurance initiatives
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our products and services
  • Identify and report on quality assurance metrics and trends
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and testing
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
