Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic People and Culture Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture Partnering team, you will partner with frontline leaders to drive business outcomes and develop their teams.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in People & Culture, with experience in advisory and operational implementation-focused roles. You will have proven track record in large organizations, particularly in industrial sectors, and experience working with EA-covered workforces.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and coaching to frontline leaders on operational businesses
  • Implementing P&C plans and processes throughout the annual P&C lifecycle
  • Driving improvement and contributing to high-impact change initiatives
  • Leading Enterprise Agreement negotiations and managing grievance and disciplinary investigations
  • Engaging in leadership, diversity, talent, and capability projects
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is well-rounded and has a strong background in People & Culture. You should have:

  • A strong understanding of enterprise bargaining and managing union stakeholder interactions
  • Demonstrated success in leading and implementing People & Culture projects
  • An independent, accountable work ethic combined with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Humanities, Business/Commerce, Law, or Psychology
