With a competitive salary package of $200,000 AUD per annum, including an award salary, remote call allowance, professional development, A&R Allowance, and superannuation, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in Regional NSW.

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Clinical Lead to guarantee the provision of emergency services that are of excellent quality, safe, and sustainable. As a key member of our medical services team, you will lead the delivery of emergency services in coordination with the Medical Services team, managing the clinical ED floor efficiently and responding to MET/Code Blue/Code Black calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of emergency services in coordination with the Medical Services team, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage the clinical ED floor effectively, utilizing your expertise to respond to critical situations and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Engage in clinical governance activities, including morbidity and mortality meetings, quality improvement, teaching, and clinical audits, to drive excellence in patient care and service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Specialist qualifications such as FACEM, FACRRM, or FRACGP.
