About YouWe are looking for an Enrolled Nurse with excellent acute nursing skills and experience in an acute hospital setting. What We OfferAt John Hunter Hospital, we are committed to providing our staff with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Our team includes highly qualified Clinical Nurse Educators, Clinical Nurse Unit Managers, and Clinical Nurse Specialists who support our staff in delivering the latest and highest clinical standards.
Our department specialises in trauma, neurosurgical emergencies, neurology patients (including acute stroke), major orthopaedic, cardiology and cardiothoracic cases, and paediatric/adolescent mental health. With over 85,000 presentations annually, our ED is one of the busiest mixed Adult/Paediatric Tertiary Referral Centres in Australia and the only Trauma Referral Centre in NSW outside of Sydney.
