The Volunteer Sustainability team plays a vital role in sustaining a strong, diverse, and vibrant volunteer membership.
They are responsible for designing and developing sustainable volunteerism models and frameworks that reflect contemporary practice, build capacity and capability, and recognise the contribution of volunteers.
A customer-centric approach is key to our success. We're seeking someone highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, able to connect seamlessly across internal teams and external partners.
Exceptional written skills will further enhance your ability to shape innovative strategies and communicate a clear vision.
You'll lead by inspiring collaboration, achieving shared goals, and negotiating successful outcomes. You'll also develop business cases and manage financial resources effectively.
