**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Take a leading role, alongside the Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager, in the analysis, planning, development and delivery of a range of Organizational Change Management products and activities to facilitate a cohesive and supportive transition for users and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies in partnership with key stakeholders, business areas and providers to ensure the delivery and monitoring of agreed project outcomes encouraging a strong customer focus.
  • Consistently provide high-level participation and leadership within the project team and stakeholder engagements in undertaking research and analysis of contemporary issues related to the project, project planning, implementation and review.
  • Provide high-level advice to the Project Executive, Project Manager, team and key stakeholders, to ensure professional excellence in the design, planning and reporting of project initiatives.

  • Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.
