Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional client service and technical support via various channels.

The selected individual will be responsible for resolving technical issues, improving our self-support center, and providing guidance to clients on our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer support and technical issue resolution
  • Understand client needs and business requirements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our software products to effectively resolve technical issues
  • Improve our self-support center by creating high-quality self-help materials
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems, with basic troubleshooting knowledge
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, including MS Word and Excel

Training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate meets the necessary requirements.
