We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead our multi-year journey of migrating existing databases to managed cloud services in Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role will drive a fundamental shift in our infrastructure, boosting scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency across the organization.

  • Define and drive the overall program strategy and roadmap for migrating databases to AWS managed services (e.g., RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB).
  • Manage detailed program plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate closely with infrastructure, database, and product engineering teams to understand current database landscapes, identify migration challenges, and define effective strategies.
  • Establish strong relationships with all product teams, ensuring their migration needs are met and communicating program progress clearly.
  • Identify track, and manage program risks and dependencies, proactively developing mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate discussions and decision-making regarding migration architectures, tools, and best practices.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. They should also have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role managing complex technical programs.
