Job Title: Insurance Claims
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage end-to-end processes of insurance claims, including sourcing claim recovery and providing claim advice to stakeholders.
This role plays a critical part in the success of our business, with a focus on motor claims (approximately 90%), as well as Marine, Public Liability, or Property Damage (10%).
The job involves liaising with internal stakeholders such as repairers, external insurance companies, brokers, and third parties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurate, timely, and proactive actioning, upload, and management of claims, insurance-related tasks, and other duties as required
- Management of end-to-end claims within the portfolio to efficient and successful completion
- Effective communication and coordination between stakeholders, business partners, and third parties
- Providing insurance and claim advice and support to stakeholders and business partners
Requirements include:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Motor Vehicle Claims, Claim Recoveries, or Insurance Industry
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with SAP experience highly regarded
- Strong customer service focus with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound written communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders
- Results-oriented, able to work under pressure
