We're seeking a skilled Data and Reporting Analyst to join our Product & Technology team in Sydney.

This is an ideal opportunity to drive business insights, performance tracking, and product intelligence across our digital platforms.

  • Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analysis across audience, product, content, and commercial performance.
  • Build and maintain automated reporting pipelines using tools like GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Google Console.
  • Translate business questions into structured analytical problems and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing frameworks and analyse experiment results to validate product hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics, and data definitions to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in large datasets and proactively share insights with relevant teams.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to validate data quality and ensure robust tagging, tracking, and data flows.
  • Document and maintain data dictionaries and reporting standards to support internal literacy and governance.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support strategic projects, product launches, and commercial initiatives.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will possess 3+ years' experience in a data analyst or reporting analyst role, preferably within digital, e-commerce, or media.

Requirements:

  • Mastery and proficiency in Excel and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially around data literacy and storytelling with data.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to digital media, automotive, or marketplace environments.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with BigQuery, SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Experience with AI automation analysis or reporting capabilities.
  • Experience in stakeholder training or developing self-service data tools.
