**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled solution architect to design and lead technology solutions using the D365 platform. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) system for all retail operations, including ERP and POS. The successful candidate will ensure software and hardware work well together in retail store environments, align technology solutions with business goals and future growth plans, and explore new D365 features or tools that could benefit retail systems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 5+ years of experience as a solution architect with a focus on corporate systems including CRM/ERP.
  • Experience working in complex enterprise IT service delivery environments.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Dynamics MPOS functional areas, ideally including ERP, Modern POS, Retail, and Finance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of customers.
