Job Title

The D365 enterprise cloud architect will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud application architectures. With a focus on Microsoft D365 technologies, they will ensure seamless integration with legacy systems.

About the Role

  • This position is responsible for overseeing the development team to deliver a D365 CRM and Case Management solution. This includes establishing the team and delivery practices that meet the company's needs.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Enterprise Architect, Product Owner, and team to provide expert advice into co-designing the D365 technical solution.
  • They will be responsible for overseeing the migration of legacy and on-premises Dynamics systems into modern D365 cloud-native environments.
  • Leading the architecture and execution of data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with target system requirements.
  • Develop high-level and detailed solution designs that align with enterprise architecture standards and support long-term sustainability.
  • Champion best practices in modern cloud adoption, security, automation, and DevOps.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud application architectures.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft D365 technologies and their integration with legacy systems.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to establish and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
