About The Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated medical professional to assess and manage patients across Acute and Urgent Care emergency settings.
  • This role requires providing urgent medical assistance to residential aged care facilities as needed.
  • The successful candidate will apply evidence-based clinical practice in planning and delivering treatment while promoting effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • The ideal candidate will contribute to continuous improvement, teaching, and safe patient care initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (or equivalent), recognised by the Australian Medical Council
  • General Registration with AHPRA
  • Successful completion of Australian Medical Council (AMC) Part 1 and Part 2 Exams
  • Clinical experience of 5 years or more in general acute and/or emergency medicine
