Job Opportunity

A key position exists for a Community Nurse within an Integrated Nursing Team in East Ross, Highland. The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate complex care in various settings across East Ross.

About the Role
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care in a community setting.
  • Assess and provide care to individuals in residential and clinical settings.

The ideal candidate will have registered nursing experience, leadership skills, good communication skills, and a passion for community nursing. They should be motivated to work autonomously and adapt to changing circumstances.

This role requires a full driving licence and the ability to use a vehicle for work purposes. All applicants must be registered with the NMC.
