The primary function of this position is to empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment.
A key aspect of the job is to meet specific targets, provide tailored guidance and coaching, job placement and ongoing support to client groups. Collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity is critical to success in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience within Employment Services industry is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success
- Proven success within target driven environments is critical
- Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment
- Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to role
