Real Estate Manager Sought

We are searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the portfolio of properties of a prominent client. The successful candidate will have relevant industry certification or registration and a proven track record in commercial property management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with landlords/tenants
  • Conduct financial administration, including budget preparation and expenditure management
  • Manage leased facilities and ensure compliance with leases
  • Maintain critical lease and licence documentation
  • Assist with lease negotiations, market rent reviews, and property inspections

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and be able to undertake police checks. We require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and in a remote team environment.
