Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design the architecture of business systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and goals.
- Review and analyze business objectives, processes, and information needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to create scalable and efficient system designs.
- Provide expertise in the mapping of existing and future business processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to the organization's architectural framework.
- Document architectural requirements and design specifications.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in business solutions design and development, business analysis, and project management, particularly in ICT projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively review and analyze business objectives, processes, and information needs, and to identify and document opportunities for improvement.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in process engineering or business optimization mapping is highly favorable.
