About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers get the most from their investment in our software.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and developing requirements, and turning that into results by configuring new products and features within the software. You will provide analytical and technical support to both internal and external clients, and assist with configuration, scripting, testing and documentation for superannuation administration systems and supporting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superannuation and technology subject matter expertise when required
  • Consult with internal and client stakeholders across the full software development and project lifecycle
  • Requirements gathering
  • Solution / system design
  • System configuration
  • Integration specification
  • Quality assurance/Technical and user documentation
  • SQL and Acurity Architect scripting
  • Work closely with clients to identify areas of process improvement and best practice
  • Ensure that all client deliveries and interactions adhere to the highest quality standards
