Share Life Stories Volunteer

About the Role:
This is an opportunity to help individuals record their life stories, memories and messages for loved ones. As a volunteer, you will have the chance to make a meaningful contribution to someone's life.
The role involves listening and writing skills to capture the client's life stories, which can be a rewarding experience for both the client and the volunteer.
This position requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, typing skills of 50 words per minute, ability to work independently, own car for transportation to client's home, and willingness to learn new technology and software.
Commitment is required for a long-term period with up to 5 hours per week, with transcription and editing taking place in the evenings or weekends.
A face-to-face interview will take place on a weekday between 9am-4pm for one hour.
