Senior Settlements Specialist Role

  • This is a key position for overseeing day-to-day settlements and leading process improvements.
About the Job

The Senior Settlements Specialist will be responsible for guiding the settlement team, ensuring that settlement processes are accurate and compliant, and resolving complex issues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily settlements across OTC, derivatives, and structured products.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve issues and implement process enhancements.
  • Mentor and support junior settlement analysts in their professional development.

  • Proven experience in settlements or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
