Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on professional to oversee the smooth operation of our back-of-house activities.
- Taking charge of all things cellar and dock, managing deliveries, stock control, and traffic flow across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dock schedules to avoid congestion and double-ups.
- Lead a team to deliver top-notch cellar and logistics operations.
- Oversee stock control, from ordering and receiving to rotation and storage.
- Maintain food safety and occupational health and safety compliance.
- Liaise daily with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Keep accurate records and reports to support operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, cellar operations, or stock control, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong people skills, understanding of food safety standards, and forklift competency are essential.
