Project Lead - Complex Service Delivery

As a skilled Project Lead, you will be responsible for delivering complex managed services and infrastructure projects with high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Telco/IT Managed Services and have a proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Lead project planning, stakeholder meetings, and ensure project risks and issues are identified and mitigated.
  • Manage project lifecycle from kick-off to closure, ensuring alignment with project scope, delivery, and objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to achieve project success and maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Establish and maintain essential project controls, including budget management, schedule tracking, risk and issue registers, status reports, and relevant documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading complex telecommunications projects with Prince2 and ITIL accreditation.
  • Hands-on expertise in delivering large-scale SD-WAN solutions and other Telco infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record managing data centre and cloud transformations, including security features and cloud-native applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership of large, matrixed delivery and operational teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
