Coat Specialist Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and qualified Coat Specialist to deliver high-quality paintwork on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and match vehicle colours as per job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a colour library for reference.
  • Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles according to Job Sheet specifications.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to ensure a flawless finish.
  • Handle all vehicles with care and attention to detail.
  • Report any extra paint work required or old damage to the production manager.
  • Clean the work bay and workshop areas regularly.
  • Coach apprentices when needed.
About You:
  • You are a trade-qualified Coat Specialist with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the role.
  • You possess strong commitment to working safely and following procedures.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can work effectively with the team.
  • You are able to meet strict deadlines and are reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • You own the necessary tools to fulfil the role.
