">Main Responsibilities:">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design tailored Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that optimise business processes.">
  • Conduct solution reviews and walkthroughs for applications, workflows, and reports.">
  • Customise and configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving organisational needs.">
  • Analyse internal processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.">
  • Provide ongoing support for internal users, ensuring they can fully utilise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.">
">Key Requirements:">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.">
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and customisation capabilities.">
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, with relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.">
  • Experience working in a corporate or internal IT environment.">
