Hazardous Chemicals Specialist

Job Summary:
The Director leads a specialist team in the Hazardous Chemical Unit to provide regulatory services under WHS laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs for OIR, government agencies, and industry related to hazardous chemicals.
- Lead high-level initiatives and develop regulatory programs that improve safe chemical management in Queensland.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the MQW Compliance Strategy.
This is a leadership position requiring strong management and technical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing ongoing initiatives, developing high-quality services, and driving positive change in the field of hazardous chemicals.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in hazardous chemicals, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
