About the Business
Our organization is a high-growth residential developer and builder operating in multiple states, with a strong focus on growing our retail housing business. We operate across various business units, including contract housing, medium-density construction, and volume investment building.
About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing sales estimates from tender to finalization
- Ensuring all tenders, contracts, and variations are accurately completed
- Investigating and resolving issues to produce price quotations
- Obtaining quotes and pricing from suppliers and maintaining registers
- Collaborating closely with the sales team
