About the Role
As a General Services Officer with SummitCare, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Assist with food preparation and presentation in our commercial kitchen
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Support the promotion of SummitCare's values and mission
Requirements
- Current National Criminal Record Check
- Certificate III in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Food Safety standards and HACCP guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
