Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Visual Designer to create high-quality marketing and communications materials for a federal government agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual design concepts for marketing and communications materials across all digital channels.
  • Work closely with the communications team to understand briefs and produce high-quality assets that align with brand identities and strategic objectives.
  • Provide specialist creative advice and guidance to support communication plans and initiatives.
  • Evaluate and refine existing brand identities and visual guides to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of design files and asset libraries for easy access and reference.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Australian citizenship is required for this opportunity.

Working Arrangements

This role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to split your time between our Brisbane, Sydney, or Canberra office and remote work.
