Product Design Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to lead the development of our new SaaS product's user experience.


About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that is shaping the future. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for defining user journeys and UI elements, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer and business problems into user-centered experiences.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design strategy and execution: Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery to detailed implementation, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences across our platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive user-centric design decisions.
  • Drive user research: Conduct workshops to gather insights on customer needs, pain points, and behaviors, and incorporate these findings into data-driven design decisions.
  • Mentor and inspire: Guide junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality craftsmanship within the team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in UX/product design.
  • Technical proficiency: Skilled in Figma, able to mentor junior team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with Material UI and product analytics tools is a plus.
  • User-centered and strategic: Proven ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for solving real-world problems.
